Resort Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of the
day you are scheduled to arrive, you
will loose your $100 deposit. If you
cancel anytime prior to that, we will
return $85 of your $100 reservation fee,
keeping $15 for processing fees. Thank
you for your advance notice, it helps to
assure room availability.
Dog Policy
A $25
per dog, per stay fee will be added.
Dogs must be housebroken.
No
dogs allowed on the furniture.

Dogs cannot be left alone in the rooms.
-- You must clean up after your dog.
-- Please be courteous to your neighbor
with a barking dog.
-- We have
complimentary rags to care for your
dirty or wet dog. Just ask!
-- After
a romp on the beach or a swim in Lake
Superior, please ask for Doggie Towels.
-- Any dog damages will be charged
accordingly. Please watch over your
pooch.
Bicycle Policy
If keeping your bike in your room,
please ask us for bike carpet
protectors.
We have complimentary
rags to care for your dirty or wet bike.
For dirty bikes we have a bike washing
station. Just ask!
For
our Motorcycle Guests
If
you would like old towels to wipe your
bikes down, just ask! You can also park
your bikes under the breezeway for
protection from the weather. We also
have a bike washing station for your
convenience. If you have a UP Crusing
Membership, be sure to tell us for a
discount on your room or in the Gift
Shop.
Smoking Policy
Michigan State Law prohibits smoking
in all public facilities. We do have a
$150 fine for guests that smoke within
our buildings, so please be respectful.
You may smoke on our grounds, but please
be courteous to other guests and any
open windows close-bLet yourself relax
in our beautiful and historic resort and
the natural surroundings of the
Keweenaw. Whether you choose a deluxe
motel room or one of the cozy log
cottages, every sized family will feel
at home in these comfortable resort
rooms. Use our main lodge for reading
and relaxing by the fireplace. We offer
picnic tables and grills on-site, Direct
TV in all units and main lodge, free
Wi-Fi, friendly, knowledgeable staff and
non-smoking facilities. Cottage
amenities vary. Call now to find the
cottage that’s right for you! Dogs are
welcome in most cottages for a minimal
fee.
